Working Principle
A photoelectric switch is set on the infeed conveyor, and empty boxes
automatically enter the weighing section. After a stable period, automatic
tare is performed. After the tare weight is normally confirmed, the material
feeding assembly descends to the feeding working position and starts to
feed material through the feeding pump and material valve. When the
preset weight is reached, the feeding pump and material valve are closed,
the feeding mechanism rises, and the carton is discharged through the
outfeed conveyor. At this time, if there is a carton waiting on the infeed
conveyor, the next working cycle begins.
